Indiana Jones IV - 'Dark Horizons' have managed to get a hold of a possible partial script of the new Indy movie, currently named "Raiders of the Fallen Empire." Hurry up and downolad it, it may be gone very fast if it's the real deal. Partial Script

Titanic has only been in theaters since Christmas but already the film has grossed $300 million worldwide. And industry insiders say, that's just the tip of the iceberg. Variety's Dish reports the $200 million picture is expected to pick up speed at Oscar time, and then there's the bookstore. The HarperCollins companion book "James Cameron's Titanic'' will hit No. 1 on the New York Times bestseller list this weekend. The Sony soundtrack to the movie is also a top-selling album in the United States.

Imbalance - The ever-adaptable Madonna, who has made a career of persona changes, is reportedly considering a new film role that would have her playing a Jekyll-Hyde-type character. Variety reports she's looking at a script for a film called "Imbalance.'' Army Archerd reports a possible co-star could be "Amistad'' star Djimon Hounsou.

Barthe - Danny DeVito has a sci-fi drama in his future. Variety's Dish reports DeVito has committed to direct and star in ''Barthe,'' the story of an alien from another planet who comes to Earth in search of his true love, who fled thinking he had deceived her.

Bond 19 - With "Tomorrow Never Dies" racing toward $250 million at the global box office, two writers have been hired to pen the next installment of the James Bond series. MGM's United Artists studio and series co-producers, Danjaq, have hired the British-based screenwriting team of Neal Purvis and Robert Wade to come up with the British secret agent's 19th film adventure. The duo wrote the 1991 British feature "Let Him Have It," which starred Christopher Eccleston and Tom Courtenay, about the famous trial and subsequent hanging of Derek Bentley for the murder of a police officer.

Martial Law - Annette Bening is in talks to star opposite Denzel Washington and Bruce Willis in the thriller "Martial Law.'' ''Legends of the Fall'''s Ed Zwick is slated to direct the cautionary tale about what would happen if terrorists came to New York, prompting the declaration of martial law. Washington will play the leader of an anti-terrorist task force who must uncover an underground cell before the city is blown up. Bening will play an operative of an international covert agency, who is competing with Washington to catch the baddies. And Willis, in a character role, portrays an Army general who has been called in to intervene in the crisis.

Titanic director James Cameron will take to the Internet January 21 to answer questions about the film. Twentieth Century Fox, which is launching the film in Britain later this month, said in a statement released in London that Internet users are advised to send in their e-mail questions before the on-line chat begins. The chat will take place at http://onlinetonight.msn.co.uk/. A lifejacket from the film about the "ship of dreams'' that sank in 1912 with the loss of 1,500 lives also will be offered in a lucky draw.
